“I guess I love you, Jim,” I blurt out, ignoring the fact that the ride has stopped, and we're at the top of the ride.

“I love you too, Anastasia, I know I do,” he says.

We stare into each other's eyes, like we're the only ones that matter in life.

He leans into me, and we seal the moment with a kiss.

He carefully places his hands on my neck and pulls my face into his, causing our lips to crash.

Our lips move in sync, forming a perfect kiss, and we both pull away to catch our breath.

He smiles at me and I smile back.

I try to hide my face with the cotton candy when I realize that I had almost finished it.

I had eaten half of the heart and the two hands, and Jim giggles, reading the reaction on my face.

“Where’s your cotton candy, babe?” I ask.

“I finished it while you were anxious about getting on a ride” Jim smiles and takes a mouthful of my cotton candy.

“Why did you steal my cotton candy, Jim?” I say sternly and he just smiles.

I take back my surroundings and that’s when I realize
