Chapter 12: "That Night"

Ice was on her bed and was trying hard to make herself feel sleepy. She tried switching positions since she told Audrey to go to sleep... She guessed that it might be 1 AM in that world and she’s still not asleep.

She sat at her bed thinking about a lot of things.

This marks her third or fourth time of not being asleep again. She overthinking again, but this time, about the exiled fairy named Chris.

She asked herself the questions she wanted to have to answer but it gets her confused.

Why would he have an agreement with the witches?

Can’t their own queen do that?

But it’s impossible… She’s so powerful... If she can erase their own memories, obviously she can also cure the sick ones... But she didn’t.

Ice looked at Audrey. She was sleeping peacefully. Lucky her...

Ice went out of the hole for fresh air thinking that she might only be feeling hot and maybe, the cold air would make her sleepy.

She stayed outside th
