Chapter 30
Ivy sat on the ground anxiously, as she tried to calm herself. She had two things to worry about. First, had her message been delivered to Rafe? Was Rafe on his way? Would he make him in time to save her?
The second, A dark, mysterious power, seemed to be emanating from the corner of her room. Ivy couldn't put her finger on it, but it made her feel uneasy. Ivy could only hope that Rafe made it in time.
She was still hoping when she heard a voice.
"I watched you all these while… I wonder what my son sees in you."a voice spoke out
She shivered. Her head almost hit the roof of her cage. She regained her balance and spoke, "Who is speaking."
She swallowed her saliva as she began to stutter, "who…whoever…whoever..whoever you are, show yourself"

A few minutes had passed after the maid had come to serve her a meal and then told her a piece of advice.Ivy was now silent as everything replayed in her head. Mr Jones Vones opens the door to his bedroom as he walks in and closes it behind him. He took a deep breath and exhaled. It was another hectic day for him. He had to deal with drug pushers.
