Mr Jones Vones had been expecting the wedding of him and his bride to be a joyous and happy occasion. But as he stepped into the wedding hall, he immediately noticed something was off. The guests were standing still and no music was playing. He then noticed Rafe and his bride trying to sneak out of the wedding hall, and his heart sank.

He knew it was too late. Knowing Rafe, he was probably planning to run away with his bride. He had suspected something like this might happen ever since he heard Rafe's father say they had to bring Rafe to witness the wedding. To be honest, he was against it, but Rafe's father insisted. He said it would stop Rafe from interfering with their lives. He said Rafe needed to witness it. It was the only way.

In a fit of anger, Mr Jones Vones pulled a gun from his back pocket and shot a bullet up in the air. The sound of the gunshot echoed through the wedding hall, and everyone froze.
