I hated that Mom had to call me and scold me. She was absolutely right; I couldn't just move to a new country and leave my best friend out of the picture. Texts and emails don't do the trick; Jayden would want to actually hear from you; it helps him not worry too much. I knew that and still decided to make him worry.
