Shane acted a lot differently in the past couple of days, he was never really a friendly person but at least he wasn't cold either, at least not toward her. sometimes he ignores her presence entirely, even when Kira decides to start a conversation with him he would always give short replies or might even keep silent. Kira became unsettled by his sudden change of behavior, she was afraid that she might have offended him in some way which caused him to ask so coldly towards her.

Kira was wary of his presence, she wanted to apologize for whatever she had done but was too afraid of upsetting him further. if only she knew what her mistake was then she would easily correct it, but now she couldn't remember what exactly it was she had done to offend him. Perhaps it had something to do with what had happened between herself and Sebastian the other time, maybe Shane was regretting getting intimate with her. Was that the issue?
