Markings

Nicole lay still, naked, for a while. Her eyes were wide open but then she couldn't move.

She was trying to comprehend and take in what had just happened.

She could feel something shifting in her body and Nicole felt her body become stronger.

She could feel her senses heightened and she could see clearly now.

The next moment, she heard heavy footsteps and she knew that someone was running up the hill.

"Nicole!" She heard a voice call out to her, it was Roman, and she opened her mouth to reply but she couldn't.

"Nicole!!" He called again and this time, she was able to let out a groan.

She was starting to get cold and her body was starting to shake.
