Amelia and James rode in the same car to the company. James refused to let her drive because he believed she was still hurting from the previous night.

That wasn’t the only reason though, he didn’t want her so far from him. So he kept her by his side as he drove and held her hand too.

He stole glances of her beautiful face as he drove. One way or the other, she looked more gorgeous to him than ever. He believed it was as a result of what happened the previous night.

James parked the car at the parking lot and told Amelia not to get down yet. He ran to her door and helped her open it.

“What? That was why you told me not to alight?” She asked, and he giggled and bounced his head.

“Yes! I wanted to help you open up. Isn’t that a good reason?” He asked, and she chuckled.

“Of course, it is. I’m just a little surprised you want to help me with the door. That’s so sweet of you.” She complimented and planted a soft kiss on his cheek.

“Is that a thank you from you?”
