I need to talk to him

As she approached, she saw her sister Veronica standing by the entrance. Vivian's stomach churned with emotion, and she wished she could disappear.

Her eyes weren't lying to her, it really was Veronica.

"Ronnie, you're here," Vivian managed to say, trying to sound composed. Veronica had sunglasses on, and Vivian couldn't see her eyes, which only added to her anxiety. She took out her keys and opened the door, gesturing for Veronica to come in.

"Please come in," Vivian pleaded, her voice filled with a mix of hope and fear. Veronica turned to the door, and Vivian stepped away from the door to let her sister pass. She felt a rush of emotions welling up inside her, and she hoped that this encounter would be a step towards healing the wounds that had kept them apart for so long.
