Chapter Forteen

Rihanna's POV

I never knew Nicholas could be that despicable. I mean, seriously, no one can convince me otherwise. It was crystal clear that he did it on purpose. He didn't accidentally throw those files to the ground, he intentionally did it without a care in the world.

I had been stuck in the same position for over three hours, trying my best to arrange those files properly. It took me a good thirty minutes just to figure out the serial numbers on each file and how they were supposed to be organized. But thanks to Nicholas and his careless actions, some of the brown files had their paper documents scattered all over the place. It was a chaotic mess, with papers from different files mixed up together. This just made everything even more challenging for me, as I had to carefully read through each paper, checking the dates to figure out which file they belonged to.

On the bright side, going through those papers did give me some insight into the kind of information stored in that office
