CHAPTER 112

William’s p.o.v

I woke up two hours later and dressed up for work, leaving Bailey as she slept soundly on her side of the bed. On getting to the office, I noticed the building was still moderately empty. I walked up to my office to meet Henry and Luke at the entrance. We sat together, working towards making a proposal that could get Ace Corporation back on board to re-invest in our company.

We spent the next couple of hours discussing before sending in a final email. Now all we had to do was play the waiting game and I hated waiting.

Knock, knock “Come in,” I respond to whoever was knocking on the other side of the door. Henry walked in with his hands behind his back, I glanced at the time on my laptop and it had been five hours since we sent the email for reconsideration.

“What do you have for me?” I ask.

A smile forced on Henry’s lips as he walked towards my desk. “They accepted the offer and sent over newly signed documents sir.”
