BAILEY’S P.O.V

Throughout the car ride, neither Ethan nor I said a word to one another. I was just so nervous and didn't know what to do as I thought of all the possible things that Williams might say to me.

I was sure that he was going to be so upset about it and was most definitely not going to take things lightly which was another reason why my head was spinning loudly.

Ethan turned to me, with so much concern in his eyes. "I know you're worried but it's something that a little explanation can fix, there's no need to be so bothered by it."

I wanted to roll my eyes at his words as they didn't even do a good job of comforting me. I knew that he was just trying to make me feel better but in this case, he was doing a bad job.

I didn't say anything and just smiled at him and mumbled a ' thank you ' thinking of things that Williams might do to me but then again I didn't even know why I was so worried.
