A knock on the door snapped me right out of my thoughts and I turned to check the time. It was almost midnight and I knew who could be here at this hour. It was either Henry or Bailey.

The knock became so persistent that I just couldn't ignore it and was left with no choice but to answer it. I opened the door and wasn't surprised to see Bailey. She was dressed in a sexy night gown and a robe to match. Her hair was tied up in a rough bun.

Gosh! Was she trying to tempt me or what?

I gulped down a large sum of my saliva, trying not to get intimidated by her appearance. It's almost midnight and she came looking like this?

“William!” I heard her call, snapping me right out of my thoughts.

I had just lost it for a while there that even to think straight was now a problem. What is she trying to do?
