I opened up my eyes only to find myself in a hospital. I immediately jolted up from my bed but was more surprised when I realized that William was beside me. He had his eyes shut and his head placed backward.

He was asleep and I couldn't help but smile at how cute he looked when he was asleep. I slowly moved my hands to his hair, massaging it gently. He smiled a bit and I could tell that he was enjoying it.
