CHAPTER 49

William’s P.O.V.

I gently adjusted my posture as I moved my head from left to right, This was an attempt to get the relentless ache out of my neck. I sunk further into my chair closing my eyes. Here's to ending yet another stressful day at the office, I knew I was a workaholic, it was a badge I wore with pride and latitude. I usually never come into the office during the weekends but today was an exception as an urgent matter needed my attention here and I guess it pulled me back to the office today. The next coming days are very crucial. My company is launching a new product soon and I have to do everything in my power to make it a successful launch and nothing less.

I opened my eyes after a few minutes and picked up my slick iPhone to glance at the time that read that it was past noon before placing the phone back face down on the table. I shut down my laptop, and closed the files on my table before getting up, picking up my keys and phone, making my way to Luke's office down below.
