After trying the door handle several times, October realized that Alistair had really locked her in the room.

"Please let me out," October plead, doubting anyone could hear her.

She banged on the door several times. "You said I could go anywhere, so why lock me in here? I don't even see the point of that stupid garden. Roses for Rose are just dumb."

October sighed.

"Please let me out," October said again, before leaning her head on the door.

Soon she gave up on her pleas, because she knew that the cruel vampire wouldn't take pity on her. And she was sure that if she kept up with the begging, then Alistair would appear to hurt her.

"Just want to go home." October held in head in her hands, fighting off tears. "If not, at least allow me more freedom. Without anyone always following me around."

Just then, October looked over to the balcony when she felt a warm breeze blowing in. It was still open.
