Chapter Nineteen: Faced with His Fear

Silas and Finn arrived the next day. To Silas, it was as though, he had been gone for years, although it was barely just a month. He could see the extra security measures the Alpha had gone to put there. For every one guard that was put in place, the chief guard had replaced with two extra guards. Almost all blind spots have been taken care of. The city now appears impregnable to any form of attacks, kidnapping or assassination.
