I got into the white Skoda Octavia immediately Magnus had agreed to my demands. It had taken much longer than I'd anticipated, but I finally managed to get him to change his mind.

He argued that the members of the council weren't familiar with me, and I countered him by arguing that this was the perfect opportunity for me to bond with them. If they weren't familiar with me, then shouldn't I try to get to know them?

After that, Magnus had finally conceded defeat and had given me what I wanted. He gave me a book containing every event that had gone down in the kingdom for the month. I was to study them closely, find the flaws in the previous month's decisions, and come up with a better way to help the kingdom.
