Fortunately for Johanne, Angel's health had improved. Although she had insisted many times on getting information about the generous person who had paid all her hospital expenses, they refused to disclose the identity.

Though the sudden encounter with Edward had been a coincidence, she was far from believing that he was the one who had performed such a generous act for her. A man as cold and distant as Edward Collen had no reason to help her.

"How fortunate you are doing well, my little one. But we will have to find a place where you can be cared for. I can't keep selling flowers on the street with you," Johanne gazed lovingly at her baby when suddenly, there was a knock on her door. She peered out the window to see who it was – a man in a suit and tie with a briefcase and some documents in his hands. She opened the door immediately.

"Yes, please, how can I help you?"

"Are you Johanne Willys?"

"Yes, that's me. Who are you?" The man approached and handed her a document to sign, confirm
