Aiden locked his gaze at Rosalie and caught the flicker of fear that rose up in them , he knew that she was feeling vulnerable but this relationship of theirs won't work unless they start making an effort for it. He needed Rosalie to be in her most vulnerable state before he begins his rampage on her walls that she keeps building up as she pleases , he needed her to understand that he was her mate and she cannot keep him out forever . He knew Rosalie was adamant and stubborn and if she didn't want to do something no one can force her to do what she didn't want to , if she remains hell bent on creating those walls around her heart then both of them would remain stuck in this stalemate .

He was afraid of losing her and this fear made doubts encircle him whenever , things get out of his control. For him to completely let go of his suspicion and fear, he had to make Rosalie completely belong to him and for that these stubborn walls need to go .
