Chapter 20 : what a day

Giselle's POV.

After my cell phone got repaired , I was so happy, and relieved, and settled the bills, Bryan offered to pay, but I declined, he was just a student I didn't expect him to spend money without a tangible reason, and I couldn’t let him pay for such thing for me, because he was my student.

“Thank you, Mr Lopez,” I said, and he nodded at me with a smile, “you are always welcome, ma'am,” he said.

“What about we have some tea,” I said pointing at the coffee shop nearby, “it's a coffee shop,” he said, and I nodded at him.

“I know, but we can get you something else when we get there,” I said with a smile.

We both went to the coffee shop, and we sat at the table close to the window, the breeze was perfect.

We didn't know how they run the coffee shop, so we sat and observed, but after some time, I wanted to go to the counter and order, but Bryan stopped me.

“I will go,” he said.

“No, it's my treat,” I said, and he sat down. “Should I get you cake?” I asked, and he shook his head.
