Bryan's POV.

“So, do you have a girlfriend or not,” she asked with a serious face, and I swallowed nervously. 'What did she want from me?’ I thought.

“No I don't have,” I said with a straight face, and she cleared her throat. “Okay, did you have someone you want to date in mind?” She asked, and I spaced out. I wondered if I should tell her about Giselle or not, but I knew that my mother is persistent, and would not let me be until she knew the girl, so I decided to keep it a secret.

“I don't have, Mom, if I have any lady in mind I will let you know,” I said, not having the boldness to tell her that I was in love with a married woman. “Okay, anytime you see a lady that you love, I will support you, regardless of background,” she said, and I smiled. My mom did not believe in class or level, she believed that love doesn't need hierarchy, so they did not accept any betrothal request from any family when I was young unlike others.
