Chapter 35: The alpha's pack house
"Wait," I stop him as he opens the door, pulling me out.
"Don't you trust me to come with me?" Jacob turns around again inquiring me.
"Yes, I do," I answer him. "I forget my apartment key and don't want to lock myself out," I told him.
"Okay," he said to me as he gave me a beautiful smile and let go of my hand to get my key.
Hurriedly I went in search of my key and find the handbag I had place it in and took it up. I then quickly went into my living room and exit my apartment closing the door behind me.
"Let's go and cheer up that cute face of yours," Jacob told me as he again took my hand and we both went downstairs.
Soon we were both outsides of the large building.
Jacob pulls me along with him straight away from the house; for the entire time, he did not let go of my right hand. He kept me close beside him allowing me to feel safe that he started to make me wish Christian could treat me the way he did and to once again be protected
