More than a one night stand?

"Hi" she greeted him with a wide grin. Already in a cheery mood compared to her gloominess that evening. The infectious lively atmosphere around the ship had successfully gotten to her.

Olivia took her time to observe him then. She hadn't paid attention to him earlier on the deck, she had been so caught up in her emotions.

He was handsome with a mesmerizing eyes that held a tingle of enigma. He was a very tall and muscular man, she could see the outline of his abs underneath his shirt. He had a chiseled jaw line which looked like it could cut her arm if she touched them. He was so enchanting that she found herself wanting to touch them.

"Hi" Liam reciprocated with a genuine smile. He was happy that she was no longer sad.

He found it weird since he just got rejected by his mate, and his wolf had decided to go mute on him due to the soul crushing pain of rejection.

"Want to go for a drink? I'm on my way to the bar" he heard her ask and he couldn't be more grateful. Her plan perfectly aligned with his. His main purpose of getting away on a cruise ship and leaving the pack in the authority of his father was for him to feel alive again.

He hadn't been himself since Valerie, his destined mate, rejected him. It came as a shock because he wasn't expecting anyone to ever reject him, an alpha of the biggest pack in the country.

He was rich, handsome, and well connected, what else could she possibly want in a mate that he didn't have? Her excuse for the rejection wasn't even plausible, saying she didn't want the responsibility of being his luna and being looked up to as a role model was bizarre.

He was hurt, and broken. His wolf also went mute due to the pain of the rejection, he felt like he was dead.

Liam was also afraid. Without the presence of his wolf there was a possibility that he would become weak, and if he does, then his pack would be taken away from him. For someone who had never been afraid of anything, the feeling of fear felt new.

Immediately he saw the booklet for this ship, he hopped on it. It was definitely what he needed to feel alive again. A time away from all the pain.

He couldn't bear seeing Valerie's indifference day after day like she hadn't hurt him. To think he waited long enough to find her, she was one of the pack warriors who was always on the road which was why it took that long.

"Why not?" He replied, escorting her out of the cabin to the lido deck where the bar was.

"You grew up in a shelter home?" Liam eyes bulged out in shock. She didn't look like an orphan, not that it's always written on the head. But she held so much elegance and carried herself with this air of subtle regalty that it was hard to believe she wasn't raised in a proper home.

"Don't act so shocked. I was three years when i was taken to the shelter home. The war happened five years later, i can barely remember life before the war. It's one part of my memory that has always been so blur" Olivia said while downing her liquor in huge gulps.

Except the death of her parents, the image of their murder had attached itself to her memory for as long as she could remember, she couldn't shake it away no matter how hard she tries. It was probably due to the pain she felt as a three year old child whose parents were murdered in cold blood right in her presence.

She went into shock for about a year due to the trauma, it took several therapists to get her to the stage she was now. Although she had learnt to live with the pain and try not to shake it away, she still harbour so much hatred for the people who made her an orphan at a very young age.

"Why were you in a shelter home anyways?" Liam asked, enraptured. He sat up on his bar stool and leaned towards hers with much eagerness. He figured that her reason might finally shed light on her aversion towards werewolves, and oddly, he wanted to change her view.

He had asked himself severally why he cared so much about her, and why he wanted to protect her so much from her obvious affliction. He wasn't able to give any reasonable explanation, all he knew was that she fascinated him and strangely, draws his desire.

He tried to stay sane all evening, but his advanced sense of smell had been filling his nostril with her fragrance. He could perceive her lavendar scented shampoo, her vanilla extract soap and even her arousal which seemed to drive him insane.

He felt like he was going crazy, it was uncanny that he'd feel this way towards anyone after being rejected. Just days ago, he had been forced out of bed by his parents. Yet here he was, being driven wild by desire for a stranger. It had never happened before, most werewolves tend to go crazy and become weak when rejected not get aroused by a stranger who detests their kind.

Yet, he had to admit that he loved the feeling. He felt alive again which he hadn't been for a while now, he also felt human. If his wolf hadn't gone mute due to the pain of rejection, he could have called him back to order. But he loved this feeling, he felt free.

"Uhm....I'm feeling sleepy. You coming?" Olivia asked, changing the topic of discussion. She wasn't big on discussing private matters with someone she barely knew. Feeling tipsy and a little aroused, she staggered out of her seat.

"Yes, after you" she heard his reply behind her, as she continued her journey to her cabin to take a well deserved rest. She could note the disappointment in his response, he had been so eager to hear her story.

Liam couldn't stop the bulge in his pants as he watched her sway her hips surreptitiously towards the cabin. Her movement like a summer breeze, gentle and serene. It took all the control in him not to grab those curvaceous hips and bend them over until she cried for mercy.

Olivia was in distress, she was tipsy and hypersexual. She wasn't a one night stand kind of girl. All the guys she'd ever known were close friends turned lovers, so they weren't technically strangers. She contemplated on what to do when she got to the door to her cabin, and saw him about to enter his.

Whatever her decision was, she knew she had to make it very fast. The night they spent together at the bar had changed the air around them, he piqued her interest and unknowingly lit up wild hunger for him in her, he was one very captivating being.

"Do you want to come in for a bit?" She couldn't stop herself from asking. Despite her brains ringing warning bells in her head, she turned a deaf ear to them and made up her mind to follow her heart. And at that moment, her heart wanted him.

Liam didn't wait for her to close the door to her cabin before pulling her into his embrace and smacking his mouth on hers. He explored her mouth with so much buried passion as she also reciprocated the same energy.

He pushed her gently against the door and buried his nose in her neck, he sniffed her lavenda scent that had been messing with his head the whole evening before sucking on them to leave a mark.

Olivia moaned aloud in pleasure, she had never felt so alive. She dragged his hair closer to her neck, ferociously begging him for more. She ached her back to give him more access and he took up the tasks of pleasuring her in ways she didn't know existed. She loved that he knew exactly what she craved.

Liam was ready to give her as much pleasure as she wanted, his sexual appetite was quite large. He lifted her against the door, wrapping her legs around his waist. He continued to explore her body, starting from her well sculpted face to her volumnous breasts begging for release.

Olivia couldn't bear the torture Liam was putting her through, she unbuttoned his shirt impatiently and found herself dumbfounded at the sight of his abs, they were even more sexier than she imagined. She rubbed her hands on each one in bewilderment, Liam's groan of burning lust igniting her to do more.

She was quite expectant of what the night held in store for her, and she couldn't wait to find out. Liam could think of a number of things he wanted to do to her. He couldn't wait to hear her moan his name out loud and beg for mercy.
