CHAPTER-17 He Saved Me

"RUN," I shout and all the children begin to run at their speed. They don't have wolves as they are under sixteen. I keep them ahead and I'm running behind them so that they can't catch any of them.

I ran swiftly to the forest floor. My breath becomes heavy. I feel the chill on my skin as I keep running. I heard their paws beating on the ground.

I have no time to teleport. If I stop they can catch us. They are just behind us. We are running at our human speed. And they are at their wolf speed. They are faster than us.

It's becoming difficult to run with a group of kids. One kid stumbles on a branch and falls. We all stopped in our tracks. And they got us.

Rogues have surrounded us from all sides. The youngsters are clutching with me in terror. I look at those rogues, they look disgusting. They are a lot. Near thirty. I don't know if I can beat them all. But I have to save these children at any cost. I can't let them die.
