CHAPTER 21

Taking her silk robe and quickly wrapping it around herself she dashed to the bedroom to attend to her niece.She hasn't seen Max since their night out together two weeks ago,he had sent her a text saying he had to go to Spain urgently and he doesn't know when he'll be back.The penthouse felt so empty without his presence,and she doesn't even want to ask herself why.

Since his absence she has started working on getting her shop ready and she's happy to say it was coming along perfectly all that's left to do is get the flowers,she's also gone shopping buying a few dresses,evening gowns and new lingerie along with shoes too.

She's looked at a few daycare's for Amelia and found two that she had been comfortable at,after their wedding she will enroll her in one.She paced the floor with Amelia hoping she will go back to sleep but instead it seems to make her more restless.She checked the time and saw it was eight thirty.
