Xander replied, "Who is she to decide if she wants to sign the divorce or not?"

Shawn replied, "It's not that she doesn't want to sign it. She doesn't want to pay for the one hundred thousand dollars emotional distress claim."

Xander had many ways to make her sign the papers, but it was still a girl introduced by his grandmother after all. The only thing on his mind right now was to break any possible relationship with that traitorous woman. He said, "She doesn't have to pay that then."

As soon as Xander gave the word, Shawn got someone to reprint a new set of papers and passed it to Abigail with a more amicable attitude. "Ms. Renee, please look over this again."

Abigail earnestly went through the papers again, took up her pen, signed her name on the papers, and asked, "Alright. Is there anything else you need me to do?"

Shawn was bewildered as he saw her sign the papers. "Do you know what your husband's profession is?"

Abigail replied, "What does his profession have to do with m
