"How long do I have to stay here? I hate hospitals."

Ermanno offered a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, the doctor said you can go home. And I'll have my personal doctor check up on you until you're fully recovered," he said.

Celine nodded, her expression somewhat relieved. "Okay, let's get going. Where's Fiona?" she asked, eager to leave the hospital.

As if on cue, Fiona entered the room, her expression one of concern. "I'm here," she announced, her eyes shifting between Celine and Ermanno.

Ermanno stepped forward, his gaze fixed on Celine. "I'm taking her with me," he declared, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Fiona gave Celine a knowing look, her lips curving into a slight smile. "Of course. As long as she's safe with you," she said, her voice measured and reassuring.

Celine's concern for Fiona was evident in her voice. "Are you going to be okay, staying in the apartment by yourself?" she asked, her eyes betraying her worry.
