69 The Real Issues

Ruby and I went to bed, surprised at what we heard Racheal had been going through. I was glad we left the place. I would have killed someone if we lingered. I could understand Randolph's anger when his father did not allow him to finish off the bastard that tried to kill his mate and children.

The people in that place were savages. All the hate because they believed their future was bleak because Racheal's genes would not be a good combination with Randolph's, making the future alphas weak. That is very wrong. Wolves were only as good as they trained them, something my father's pack understood well and made sure all the wolves in that pack were trained.

Yes, physically, Racheal's children might not be as strong as Ruby's children, but strength is not the only thing needed to be an influential person. Skill and wisdom are important too.

The breeding laws were not good. It was why there were extremely strong and extremely weak wolves, no in-betweens.
