I was almost done packing.

I'd left Roman's house this morning to come back home and begin getting Belle and I ready.

First, I had to stop by Alicia's house to pick her up.

”What do you mean you're traveling? Did Roman do something again?”

I laughed at her question. I guess Roman has really messed up in the past.

“No- Belle, go get your bag. We're going to see daddy." I turned back to Alicia “Something came up.”

“What?!"

I pulled her to the corner because Henry was sitting in the living room.

“Something is going on back at the pack. There's going to be a war and he has to be there."

“And he's taking you along? How stupid is that? You're pregnant.”

”We can both see that. But I need to be beside him, Alicia. I'll lose it if he's all the way there and I'm all the way here waiting for him to respond to my texts and calls just because he's too busy.”
