I left Demi in bed and went to work. My plan is to do as much as I can here rather than going home, so I can see her more.

Today, I've avoided calling or messaging her. I know I will get lost in her, and things won't get done if I do. So, my focus is on work, trying to get Dean to fix the issues he caused.

I'm expecting his call to be told he's found a place to stay where they can send this package. He's had long enough but doesn't seem to want to speak to me.

"Then find him," I thought he would realise that's the next step.

"Spoke to the woman he had lived with. Turns out she caught him cheating. She hasn't seen or spoken to him since. I went to his parents, but they disowned him and won't speak to him. He's hiding," Evan explains.
