Chapter 113

“Where is he?” He growls, looking around while he steps in through the front door and I move in front of him, placing my hands on his chest. Cole’s angry green eyes meet mine, and we glare at one another.

“He left, Cole,” I tell him angrily and push him back. “You can go too.” Cole shakes his head and retakes a step toward me. I crane my neck to look up at him as he towers over me.

“What the hell was he doing here in the first place?” He demands, narrowing his eyes at me. I bite my bottom lip as I look up into his eyes.

“We were fucking,” I whisper to him, and Cole’s eyes go dark, his jaw clenches tight. “Would you like a play by play?” I add tauntingly, and he bites his bottom lip hard as he glowers at me fiercely.

“You better be fucking joking because if he’s laid a fucking finger on you I will destroy him.” He growls, and I smile at him maliciously.

Maybe even more so, as she is worried about what her parents will think (no mention btw about what his parents think, not even about his return to Sophie in the first place).

Maybe I don't understand (cultural difference perhaps?), but why does he have to marry Sophie? Just because she's pregnant? And her parents are gonna be pissed she got preggo before marriage? Cole acts as if her pregnancy is all on him, but she has an equal obligation to prevent it
