"How is it?" I simply whispered into my earpiece while walking up a flight of stairs.

Wearing a black side shoulder bodycon velvet dress, I swiftly walked into the 2nd floor area.

"I already put Sophia's sleeping pills on everyone's drink. We have two minutes before it affects the first group of victims," Shiela said on the line.

"Okay. I'm about to finish here," I said simply and adjusted my black mask.

"Hey, pretty lady, want some drinks?" an American inviting me.

I just flashed a seductive smile and slowly shook my head. "I'm already tipsy," I let slip, and I passed him completely.

"Pretending to be uninterested, girl," teased Shiela on the line.

"Shut the fuck up, Shiela. Maybe you forget that my blood is still boils for you." I simply walked over so that others would not notice my silence.

We are now in a masquerade ball, a gathering formed by the traitors in our group.

Shiela chuckled at the line. "It's your fault, Rose," she reminded me.
