The underworld holds many parties in a year. Infact every mafia looks for a reason to host the largest party. Wether it was to show off their achievements or to make allies or to simply show off the fact that they had money.

Earlier in the year, the Russian mafia held a ball in honor of the Don's daughter who had completed her service to the country and had returned home. It was the largest ball the year had seen and it was the first party for the year.
