Ugly temptation

Ivy’s heart raced fast as her eyes widened in shock, looking at how fast the car that was coming towards them, was. Thankfully, she snapped out of her shock, and pushed both Piper and Liam away, but she also fell with them, and the car zoomed out of sight.

“Are you alright?” She asked both Liam and Piper.

“We are. What kind of crazy driver was that?” Piper said, angrily.

“I guess his brake failed or sort.” Ivy said as she stood up, holding Liam. “But be careful. You need to be alert on the road, or wherever vehicles are going to show up on.” Ivy advised, hoping that such would not repeat itself again, and get both her beloved, get hurt.

“I will, Ivy. You should get going, now.” Piper said as she withdrew Liam’s hand from Ivy’s.

Ivy was worried, and could not get her eyes off Liam, not even for a second.

“Ivy! You need to get back to work. Liam and I, will be fine. Liam, tell mommy that you are going to be fine.”
