Chapter 33.2

I heaved a sigh as I looked at the lush trees that were on the side of the road. Every time the wind blows, dry leaves fall from there.

"My name’s Aliara," I said in between the silence. I flicked the leaf that flew towards me before I looked at him and smiled.

He was surprised and amused at my smile. "You look prettier when you smile like that,” he said, flashing a smile. “Gudan’s my name by the way. I’m please to meet you, Aliara. Just don’t scare me anymore. I’ll be mad by then,” he said as he moved away.

I giggled. "As you wish, Your Majesty," I said sarcastically.

He widened his eyes again. "You know how to joke, huh. But it’s not funny though," he said before walking past me.

I giggled before following him shortly.

A few moments later we arrived in front of a house made of stone. I looked around as he lit the torch that was next to the door. I nodded, the size of the house is just right.

"Come and get in, Aliara," he said, smiling as he opened the door for me.
