Chapter 52.2

Sitting on her bed, she tried to stand as I walked into the room so I speedily went to her side and touched her on the shoulder.

"It was fine, just resting. How are you feeling?" I asked. I looked at her from head to foot but my eyes stayed longer on her arm, the one which was banded  with a white cloth. I can still see the herbs that Dana put on it.

"I feel better, My Lady. I only need a little rest and by tomorrow, I can fight again," she smiled at her last words.

I snorted at her as I shook my head. "The people outside told me that you still want to come back there and help them. Good thing they did not allow you. And Altas might be angered if he ever saw you there again."

"I think not," she said as she put a raw smile on her lips, slightly pouting.

"What happened? Can you recognize the people you fought earlier? Are they once our opponent?"

She sighed first before she fixed her position on her bed. Looking at the window, she spoke,
