Sneaky business

“Denise….” My boss yells my name even though he doesn't have to. Rosie rolls her eyes at the way he yelled my name. It's a good thing she isn't close to him right now else they'll begin bickering like teenage siblings.

“Boss, you called”. I say once I am in his office. He lifts his eyes from his computer screen and fixes them on me. “Yes, I have scheduled you for a shoot downtown, it's only supposed to take less than an hour. I'll watch after Ivy”.
