Iris

"Let's talk about Sophia, that evil witch," Natalia said, crossing her arms over her chest. "You know what I wish for? That a mob gathered around her and beat her so badly that she'd wish she had never been born."

Her reaction amused me, and I tried to suppress a giggle, but it burst out, and I laughed so hard. Natalia was laughing gently, though not as loudly as I was.

"I'm serious, Iris," she said. "That girl has absolutely no sympathy." She then moved closer to me. "Look, I understand the need to look out for one's friends, but did she really have to go to such lengths to embarrass you publicly?"

Thinking about it now made my thoughts shift inward and back to Sophia and her antics.

"She intentionally humiliated you, Iris. Why did she wait until D-Day, your most important day, when Adonis would have many important visitors? If you ask me, I think she was waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike."

Natalia was right. Sophia was so evil, she made the devil look like a saint! E
