Chapter Seventeen

"It's a good thing you know that," he pulsed, and I frowned hoping he would just start talking right away.

"Anyway the council members called for a meeting tonight, by 7pm and they wanted us to be there, so don't be late." He finally spoke up, and I took a deep breath.

"Alright I won't be." I said and with that I ended the call, before he could say anything else.

I really don't want to hear anything he has to say to me, I'm not interested. Though I knew he would never apologise for trying to kill me the other time, infact now he would even consider him to be at war with me.

So I already knew what he was about to say. He was going to give a threat, because that was what he was good at, so I really don't want to listen to that. I thought as I finally put down my phone.

I need to go to Ariana right now, and not sit here alone in my bedroom. I thought as I tried to continue thinking of an excuse to give to her for wanting to see her.

"Why don't you use this as an opportunity to go to her?
