Chapter 19: Alpha Calle

“Good afternoon, Architect Earheart.”

I nodded at my secretary as he opened the office door for me. When I sat down on the leather chair, he put a stack of papers—particularly blueprints—on my oak desk as gently as possible as though they were fragile glass. “These are the plans that you requested.”

“Thank you, Tent. Now you can go to your table. I’ll call you when I’m done reviewing them.”

He politely smiled. “Oh, what would you like to eat or drink, Sir?”

“Nothing.” I shook my head, already skimming through the papers which were virtually as wide as my table. “But, I’ll let you know when I need something.”

Tent nodded again. “Excuse me.”
