She Said She Is Okay

Alpha Ciandra had her back against the door with her eyes closed, she didn’t care how long she had been there and whether the alpha was outside waiting for her. She could go by himself for all she care. If need be, he could come and drag her to whatever meeting he wanted to take her to.

After realizing crying was useless, she stopped and was now having the nagging question as to why the alphas didn’t notice she wasn’t okay. Like, seriously, even though they were not that close, didn’t they notice something different? Or maybe they did and chose not to give a damn?
