Chapter 42: Watch Out Damon

Today was D-Day, I finally get to meet my kids. I was excited but kind of tense as well. I mean, I’ve been absent in their lives for five whole years, and they probably think of me as a jerk.

I took a deep breath and settled in my hiding place. Plans had already been made, and everything was seemingly going well as the plan was already in motion and there were no problems so far.

Roxanne told me she was about to meet with Kylian, and that was the clue I needed to go get the kids. The plan was quite simple; during the duration of their discussion, I was to go into the house and get the kids out quickly.
