Chapter 16

Meridith got up from the bed in her nightclothes and made her way out of the room, because the King will need her.

She cornered to the path that leads to the King chamber in time to see the King at the door of his chamber.

"My King...." She was whispering seductively. He didn't spare her a glance. "Go away, Meridith, I do not need you"

He entered his chambers and she heard the lock turn. Meridith was shocked, she doesn't know what to say. She stood skyrocketed on her spot, trying to assimilate his words.

When she did, she doesn't know what to feel or what to expect further.

Anger that he went all through Daisy and found satisfaction in her started building up in Meridith. She fears that somethings will start changing, Damon would find out about her and things won't be in her favor.
