I stood in front of the mirror, staring at my naked body. I didn't know what to wear, so I asked Nellie to get me a dress. I didn't want to know where she was going to get one from.

Still waiting for Nellie to return, I heard a knock on the door. I rolled my eyes and looked at the door through the mirror.

“Why are you knocking, Nellie! Come in already. My mother is waiting.”

The door opened, and I saw Ma’am Petra walk into my room with a bag in her hand.

“Ma’am Petra!” I called in surprise and turned to look at her.

“Claudia, child.” She wore a beautiful smile, and I ran to her. I embraced her tightly, and my eyes heated up in happiness.

“I missed you so much.” She kissed my neck, and I began to sob.

“I missed you too, Ma’am Petra. I missed you so much. I didn’t know you were coming to see me too.” The words fell out of my mouth as mumblings.
