Julisa's POVI roll over moaning in pain. My head is pounding my whole body aches. I wince in pain as I run my hand down my face. I reach back up feeling a good sized goose egg on my forehead. Julisa's POVAfter laying there for a while I move myself into a sitting position and drink some more water. A nurse brought in some food a few minutes ago and I decided I should eat to gain my strength. I am not going to stay here and wallow in my unfortunate luck. Julisa's POV"Oh I almost forgot." Alex says as I was turning to walk away. I stop and look back at him. Alex handed me a huge wad of cash. "This is all your savings and some of mine." He says. Julisa's POVI open my eyes with a jolt. Shit I must have passed out from the pain. I grab some water and chug it. Shove some food in my mouth and grab my bag and start heading in the direction I feel the tugging. I have no idea how long I was out for maybe 3 hours or less. I speed walk hoping to catch up on lost time. I wanna get as far as I can before my shift starts. I know when it starts I am going to be down for at least 8 hours if not longer.I need to cover as much ground as I can. Getting super anxious I started running.
