She hates crying. It makes her feel pathetic, useless, and pitiful. The monsters lurking around her back at Alonso's pack would hurt her even more just because they fancy her tears.

The memories of those sinister words got chills to run down her spine.

She quickly wiped her tears away. Silvia had vowed to never cry in front of her tormentors. It makes them happy and content knowing they were the cause of her pain.

When she met Rasmus it came as a surprise to her. Alonso had portrayed the twin Alphas as cruel and vicious but Rasmus wasn't like that. He sure acts mature but he wasn't cruel. Hunter proved Alonso right.

Ironically she only ever attracted monsters to her. At first, Silvia was clueless and soaking in despair as to why all of the bad things kept happening to her but then she recalled her grandmother's curse. The curse of Silvia suffering in agony. When the curse started to make sense she realized why her life was such a mess.
