He was standing near the doorway leaning against the door frame watching her like a hawk.

Silvia had enough of him. She couldn't breathe normally with his daunting presence looking over her like a death sentence.

With all the mustered-up courage she slammed the spatula on the slab before stomping over to him.

Hunter seemed unfazed as he watched her.

"Stop this, why don't you leave me alone?" She asked through clenched teeth.

"So that you can contact Alonso? I wonder if you go to him each time you disappear into your portal," He said in a cold tone causing her heart to clench at his accusation.

"You and I both know there's nothing like that. So stop keeping an eye on me. I'm not a prisoner," She grounded and he tilted his head.

"Be grateful I'm being nice and only keeping my eyes on you when I could be far more dangerous. I bet you won't like that," He said coldly, causing chills to run down her spine.
