It took her a couple of seconds to conjure up what exactly happened. Silvia had sent her to the vampire kingdom of all places. Her heart rattled in absolute fear of what was to come. Violet stifled a groan as she tried to move but couldn't because immense pain shot through her body causing her eyes to snap open wide. She let out a shuddering breath and blinked slowly to clear her blurry vision. Her head was pounding and her back was stiff and burning. Violet couldn't sleep the whole night. He had let her go after saying his mind and she ran away. Once she got back to her room she locked the door and slid down the door. Hugging her knees to her chest she sobbed silently. She was scared. Her mind was in chaos and her body shivered. Violet tried her best not to make any sound and it took her some while to calm down. She couldn't help but overthink and overanalyze everything. The vampire prince wanted to marry her so there'd be a treaty between the two kingdoms. But why does she have to suffer? Why does she have to sacrifice like always? Her head was pounding with pain so she laid down beside her sisters while being wide awake. She barely slept an hour or two before the girls woke up.
