Chapter 145

(Tatum’s POV)

I rushed into the entrance of the nook where I could see the evidence of magic flying around everywhere. I knew Jade and Luke were close behind. I surveyed the area and saw Chase on the ground next to a big black wolf and a woman with jet black hair. The woman was tending to the wolf as he laid on the floor, panting. At the other end of the nook I could see the redhead witch Isabella and my mum. There was a redheaded man standing between me and them and from the magic he was using, I could tell he was a sorcerer. I glanced at Luke, who nodded and he cast a slow down spell. While he did that, I felt for my new-found powers and sent out energy, or whatever it was, to the surrounding trees asking them for help. I felt the connection and began to bend the trees to my will. 

Jade appeared as well as Jeremy and I grinned. The sorcerer, on the
